Pre-pregnancy diet is very important. It determines the pH level in your body and directly changes the polarity of the egg. The resulted charge will attract the gender of your choice more than the other. Making informed and wise decision on changing your diet before conception will greatly increase your chance to having the baby boy or girl of your choice. How does diet helps in choosing the baby gender? Tissues are made up of cells that have structures also known as 'receptors.' Acidic fruits and vegetables are such as corn, olives, blueberries, cranberries, currants and plums. Red meat and white meat his highly acidic too. Beef, ham and poultry, tuna, sardines, turkey are some of the example. Grains, wheat and wheat products and most oils are highly acidic too. Other daily food which is acidic includes coffee, ketchup, liquor, beer, cola, mustard and aspirin.
